When I was three, I talked my mom through her labor as she gave birth to my brother, and I’ve been fascinated by birth ever since.

I accidentally discovered a radically different way to give birth when I gave birth to my daughter and son naturally at home, without medication and almost pain-free.

The “Wave Method,” I used and created works not only for me, but for my clients who give birth in hospitals, birthing centers, and at home with less struggle.
